Yang T'ai Chi Ch'uan Short
Form: This video/DVD consists of almost 2 full hours of
instruction plus a demonstration of the form from 2 angles. This is an
instructional tape and has been broken down step by step to show you
the form in segments from different angles so you can easily learn it.
Each learning segment not only shows you how to perform that piece of
the form but also shows you at least one martial arts application for
