DVD AND AUDIO POLICY

REFUNDS cannot be made on Video or Audio tapes. NOTE: If the Video or Audio tape should prove to be defective for any reason, it will be exchanged for the same title. Videos are available in DVD format only, not currently available in PAL format. No refunds will be issued.

RETURN POLICY ON OTHER ITEMS
Refunds on any other products must first be cleared with us and are subject to a 20% restocking expense.
